Alejandro Martinez, Executive President - Expoflores

Quito-based entrepreneur and Executive President of the National Association of Flower Producers and Exporters of Ecuador (Expoflores) since 2021. During his leadership, Ecuador’s floriculture sector reached a historic milestone by surpassing USD 1 billion in exports in 2024. He has led initiatives focused on market diversification, innovative technologies to optimize the association’s processes, and strengthening the sector’s social impact, by improving the quality of life of thousands of families.
Daniela Bravo, Trade Show Coordinator

Daniela’s extensive experience in the insurance marketing industry, combined with her passion for event planning, led her to take charge of Expo Flor Ecuador organization in 2022, facilitating an important reunion between producers and international buyers following the pandemic. Under her leadership, the fair’s second edition in 2024 established itself as the country’s largest business event, and the third edition, scheduled for October 2026, promises to be even more successful.
Eduardo Chiriboga, Chairman Of The Trade Show Committee

Eduardo’s professional profile focuses on two key areas of the floral industry’s value chain: commercialization and integrated logistics. He has nearly two decades of experience in both fields. On one hand, he leads the international freight forwarding company Operflor, and on the other, he serves as Commercial Director at Esmeralda Farms, a large-scale company that produces more than 250 varieties of flowers for the international market
María José Bahamonde, Financial and Administrative Director – Expoflores

With over 15 years of experience in the floriculture sector, María José has played a key role in the development of Expo Flor Ecuador since the first edition organized by Expoflores in 2018. She has led the event’s financial and administrative management, ensuring solid planning and the successful achievement of its objectives.
At Expoflores, she also oversees the finance, administration, and human talent departments, contributing a strategic vision to the continued growth of the association.
