
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION POLICY
EXPO FLOR ECUADOR 2026
Expo Flor Ecuador 2026 is a business convention organized by EXPOFLORES, whose primary objective is to promote and strengthen commercial relationships between exhibitors and visitors attending the fair.
EXPOFLORES reserves the right of admission to the event and hereby establishes the policies applicable to the registration process, attendee categorization, and acceptance.

All attendees of Expo Flor Ecuador 2026 must register at www.florecuador.com no later than September 30, 2026. Registration forms are individual and require personal and professional information; therefore, each attendee must complete their own registration process.

Individuals who fail to register by September 30, 2026 at www.florecuador.com will be required to register onsite at the event counters. All persons registering onsite, without exception, must purchase entry passes to access the fair.

FEES:
3-Day Pass: USD $400 + taxes
1-Day Pass: USD $200 + taxes

Each individual completing a registration form at www.florecuador.com agrees to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their professional/commercial activity and the company they represent. This information will be used to validate the registration and assign the appropriate credential category.

Additionally, each attendee must provide valid personal contact details (email address and mobile phone number), which will be used to send relevant event information and updates.

Expoflores reserves the right to deny admission or reclassify credentials for individuals who submit incorrect, inaccurate, unverifiable, or inconsistent information in their registration forms.

Only registrations that are verified in advance as direct flower buyers will be classified under the credential category “FLOWER BUYER” and will receive a complimentary three-day pass valid for all days of the fair.

A direct flower buyer (“Flower Buyer”) is defined as a company or company representative that maintains direct commercial relationships with flower producers, without third-party intermediation, including but not limited to brokers, commission agents, or similar intermediaries.

Any registration indicating “Flower Buyer” as the primary activity will be subject to review and categorization by the Trade Show Committee. Expoflores may request additional documentation to verify that the individual or company qualifies as a direct flower buyer.

Each company classified as a Flower Buyer will be entitled to a maximum of three (3) complimentary passes for its representatives, except in specific cases determined by Expoflores. Should a company wish to reassign its passes, an authorized representative must contact the event organizers to coordinate the allocation of credentials.

All attendees whose commercial activities fall within the following categories must purchase tickets to attend Expo Flor Ecuador 2026:

Local Flower Buyers and/or Intermediaries (Brokers)

Airlines, Freight Forwarders, or Logistics Companies

Flower or Plant Growers

Breeders (Developers of New Varieties)

Industry Suppliers (providers of products or services related to the floriculture sector, including bulb and seed producers)

Representatives of international organizations, press, media outlets, social media, and any other individuals wishing to attend the event must register at www.florecuador.com and purchase entry passes.

All individuals who purchase a paid entry pass to attend the fair will be assigned a VISITOR credential.
